Returns and order issues

We carefully inspect every order before it ships. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections, or other issues unrelated to a product defect.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team as soon as possible at GraceGritandGumption@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
